My career journey started in the Mad Men-esque world of advertising, where I was often the only woman in a sea of male creatives. I learned A LOT, but it was also my first insight into how much brands were overlooking their female audience.

Fast forward five years, and I’d pivoted into the world of tech, first at Skyscanner, and then at Flo Health. Discovering femtech was a game-changer. Finally, I could write about periods, bodies, and sex with the honesty and nuance they deserved.

Now, with over a decade of content experience, I’ve birthed Big Sis Studio — the first content agency built with women at its heart. Because your brilliant, female-first brand deserves better than content created by people who wouldn't know the difference between a menstrual cup and a diaphragm.
